I have limited time tonight as unfortunately theres an overlap event that will prevent me from updating this post later. However you can get a general idea of how things are shaping out and make decisions from it. Lets ride.
Salary Based Expectations

Lets see who has had the highest expected points vs their salary first. Expected points measure the potential of a player based on his previous workload. Names like Toure for cheap stand out if dumpster diving (if he is expected to play). Then mid tier we have Reed/Montgomery/Laporta as potential leverage plays per their odds. Then finally, Jordan Love with the highest ceiling. Keep them all in mind as matchups may matter for their success rates. There is a chance that detroit goes underowned to their odds for stacking purposes.
Vegas Expectations

My sheet is projecting a GB upset, and they are at home, so I sorta like that. At least having them cover the spread. We need to see some specific players to determine a direction tonight, as division matchups tend to play closer than expected. Checking PFF, both teams have a path to passing but Detroit may have some issues in run blocking tonight.
Defense vs Receivers

The RB and TE position for GB seems intruiging and then the RB and WR1 for Detroit as far as path to least resistance. I could see building 2 separate stacks for tonight as WR1 + RB stacks are my favorite, yet GB may have more pieces that make sense tonight. I usually stack a game script with 4 plays to 2 on the opposing side in my builds. Note that Aaron Jones is playing so whether or not He or Dillion see success is questionable.
When Detroit has the Ball:

Goff may make an interesting captain as of now, due to his leverage. Id say hes the only one here that I'd be happy to roster at captain, if stacking 4 detroit lions. St Brown is ok as well actually.
When Green Bay has the Ball:

Doubs is showing a decent amount of leverage in the captain spot if you think he can beat the defense, as WR2. I dont mind that because there is a hole in the WR2 spot, but it is a gpp only move.
Good luck!
