DFS UFC Odds and Leverage for Draftkings - Adesanya vs Pereira PPV- Apr 2023

Gonna jump right in as I wont be around much today.

This page is to give some different angles you can take as you build your lineups. Find your edge against the grain whch means one or two fighters need to be unique to climb the leaderboards, but dont go crazy as a quick KO means you are at the bottom.

Odds vs Ownership

My odds are custom which means that you will only find data like this here. On the left, we can see a few points of leverage on the chart. Ignacio, Burn, Holland and Pinherio.

Leverage

I love looking at the scatter as I pick and pull plays. I feel like 3 or 4 guys above the line will give you value to build around for win equity. Unfortunately the green dots are spread thin as of now, which means that leverage is a bit flat this week. Stretching it out a bit:

On the surface I do like Israel over Alex, yet locking one or the other in my lineups.

Also leaning Burns over Masvidal as of now. Luana looks like a potential top play for leverage so will monitor that situation as well.

Volume

Fight number 8... Meerscharert vs Pyfer looks like it has a good chance to end badly for one of the two. Perhaps this is a parlay piece if betting to another fight.

Then fight 11 - Ignacio is on every view I have as the best bet for a fighter and now hes here. Maybe I lock him in, as the volume can get him in an optimal if the fight has as much punch potential as it seems.

Live Dogs

These are the guys I think are most likely ready for an upset with big upside. May get them and shuffle them around to see what works best. I like streaky fighters- but Pereira vs Izzy is very tough to call. If its anything like the Usman rematch, I wouldnt underestimate Alex in getting him twice.

Reach advantages

I always like the Holland fights. I hope he bounces back today with his 8 inch reach advantage.
