NFL Showdown - Rams vs 49ers - Oct 3 2022

Seems my evening has freed up a bit - why not talk some football!

Most of us feel this game is a Rams one sided 40 pt game total or less right? We have Jimmy G and a bad offensive line vs Stafford with potential pass blocking as well. Lets see what the data says.

From an opportunity standpoint, Kupp is on the moon looking down at the field. Stafford is on top of the next closest building. And then a steep fall into questionable territory.

The thing I like to do on slates like this is find my cheap guy because they are the low owned darts that change things. Right now, its Kyle and Jauan fighting for my attention. Maybe Ross Dwelley as a longer shot too. With folks that cheap on DK, it makes the Kupps of this world possible without losing leverage entirely.

One thing not captured here is kickers and defenses. To be honest, all 4 of them units are also in play to me at this low of a total. Just not captain for the love of god.

As fate would have it, the Rams suck against WRs, more than I thought! That makes Deebo and Aiyuk actually more attractive than Kupp and .. well just Kupp heh. I will likely build a look for each because volume may be more important than touchdowns unless Jimmy G goes off.
