Maximizing Your NFL DFS Leverage: DraftKings and FanDuel Tournament Odds on Sunday Night Football

Updated: Dec 10, 2023

Alright gonna get this showdown on the road.

Expectations vs Salaries

Dallas appears to have the highest upside of the two teams with Dak and Lamb appearing the highest on the chart. Hurts in the middle and then we fall to Pollard.

On the cheap end, Tolbert is interesting at 14% ownership projected. There are a couple of cheaper options there above the value trendline to consider as well for deep leverage diving if the situation allows for it.

Fanduel

Fanduel is just about maximizing points so Id hav to say that Dak to Jake Ferguson might be something to work with here.

Vegas

Kinda interesting that I hav this game going ove the Vegas total by almost a touchdown. Dallas way over and beating the spread too. Lets see how that pans out, but I will likely play for lots of points. Philly I have as the underperforming team, but both of these teams are a bit suspect at ties.

Game Script

Of the two teams, the Dallas passing game looks to be a strength vs weakness, and so we probably will want to get to Dak + a receiving option or 2. I could see Philly relying on their run game tonight more than passing, and that includes Hurts.

Defense vs Receivers

Couple names to target along with their funnels. TE for Philly and WR2 or TE or WR3 for Dallas.

When Dallas has the ball:

Update: Pollard was top capt pivot but it has moved to ferguson so I"m building for that now. Cooks in the flex looks good too.

As of now, Cooks and Pollard both show some captain leverage. Dak looks like he has more leverage at captain than Flex. Lamb on the opposite side, being a better flex play. These numbers may change closer to lock.

When Philly has the ball:

As of now, Hurts and Goedert look like the best bets for Philly.
